Advanced Dental Technology Forest Grove

Speed, Comfort, & Quality without Compromise

Technology continues to play an increasingly important role in the world of dentistry. Tools like our iTero digital impression scanner, CEREC same-day crown system, and digital cavity detection all play an integral part in ensuring your lasting oral wellness while also promoting incredible efficiency and precision throughout the treatment process.

CEREC Same-Day Technology

Our office is proud to feature CEREC same-day technology, a state-of-the-art system that allows us to design, create, and place high-quality dental crowns in just one visit! Using digital impressions and advanced CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology, we craft precise, natural-looking ceramic restorations right here in our Forest Grove office. CEREC not only saves you and our team quite a lot of time, but it also delivers beautiful, durable crowns tailored to your exact, unique needs.

Digital Impressions

In the past, the process of taking dental impressions that were used to make restorations wasn’t very easy or convenient; it involved the use of physical impression materials, which tended to be messy and difficult for patients to deal with. It also could sometimes lead to inaccurate restoration or the need for do-overs. Our iTero digital impressions system resolves this; we can now take entirely digital scans of your mouth, meaning that no matter what sort of restoration or treatment is needed, we can quickly obtain a precise, digital blueprint to work with.

CT/Cone Beam Scanner

We use advanced CT/cone beam scanner technology to provide highly detailed, 3D images of your teeth, jaw, and surrounding structures. This cutting-edge imaging allows us to diagnose with greater precision and plan with exceptional accuracy, especially when it comes to procedures like root canals, dental implants, and TMJ treatment.

Digital Cavity Detection

We’re excited to Pearl AI, which assists with digital cavity detection, offering a more comfortable, accurate, and proactive approach to diagnosing tooth decay before it’s able to cause lasting problems. It captures highly detailed, 3D images of your teeth without us needing to poke around your mouth or use traditional X-rays. The scanner lets us spot cavities in their earliest stages, even before they’re visible to the naked eye! From there, it’s a matter of treating them to support better long-term oral health.
